Ride-hailing company, Grab, recently unveiled a host of travel benefits for its Platinum and Gold members. They have partnered with more than 150 partners including Changi Airport Group to beef up its GrabRewards loyalty programme.
These members can enjoy up to 55% off and discounts of up to 20% at over 70 lounges and F&B establishments across major Southeast Asian airports.
Some of these lounges include the pay-per-use, non-airline-affiliated Plaza Premium Lounge, Ambassador Lounges, Blossoms Lounge, and Plaza Premium Lounge at Singapore Changi Airport. F&B establishments that tied up with Grab include The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck, Hudson Coffee, Pret a Manger, and Tiger Den at Changi.
If you’re a Platinum or Gold member, all you have to do to redeem these benefits is launch your Grab application and select your preferred deal on GrabRewards.
The Head of Marketing of Grab Singapore, Gillian Ang, explained the company’s rationale behind introducing new loyalty benefits: “with travel as being such an important part of our customers’ lives, we now aim to provide a great overall experience for Southeast Asia’s road warriors and savvy trippers. From a seamless payments experience and a safe ride to and from the airport, to now additional benefits at the airport.”
