Epicureans, how do 20 kg of caviar, 2,000 kg of seafood and 20,000 fresh oysters sound to you? Divine, we are sure. The annual culinary fiesta Epicurean Market is back again from 14 to 16 August 2015 at Marina Bay Sands. The three-day event promises to be delicious adventure with participation from some of the finest food purveyors, award-winning restaurants and wine experts.

Favourites will make a return; Chef Tetsuya Wakuda of Waku Ghin will present his famous Marinated Botan Shrimp with sea urchin and Oscietra caviar, and Grilled Rolled Ohmi Beef again. He is also expanding his repertoire this year with a second booth featuring 12 exquisitely delicate pastries.

In addition, Spago is participating in Epicurean Market for the first time. It is the flagship of celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck’s global empire. Spago will offer Handmade Agnolotti and Spicy tuna tartare, as a sneak preview ahead of its official opening.

Another highlight is the Farmer’s Market. Inspired by the farmer’s markets of California, this version at Epicurean Market will feature quality fresh vegetables, fruits, seafood and artisanal products in a rustic setting. You’ll get to sample food and interact with experts for home-cooking tips.

Epicerie Boulud, Chef Daniel Boulud’s popular gourmet shop in New York, will also occupy a section within the Farmer’s Market.
