Chef-Artist Janice Wong has unveiled her 2026 Mid-Autumn Collection, introducing new Floral and Tea baked mooncakes, signature chocolate mooncakes and a limited-edition wooden lantern.

Leading this year’s collection is a Limited Edition Wooden Lantern (S$105), designed by Janice Wong as both a mooncake gift set and a keepsake. Inspired by the geometric folds of traditional paper lanterns, the deep crimson wooden lantern opens to reveal eight baked mooncakes, together with a ceramic plate and two matching forks. Designed for gifting and shared celebrations, the lantern is intended to be kept as a decorative keepsake long after the Mid-Autumn Festival.

The baked mooncake collection expands to eight flavours, introducing four new Floral and Tea Mooncakes (S$49 for a tin of four) alongside four Signature Baked Mooncakes.

The new Floral & Tea selection includes Osmanthus Honey, Jasmine Green Tea, Hibiscus Yuzu, and Milk Oolong Bergamot Peel, showcasing delicate floral aromas paired with premium teas.

The Signature Baked Mooncakes (S$49 for a tin of four) reinterpret familiar ingredients with creative flavour pairings, including Black Sesame Pecan Tangerine Peel, Chocolate Sea Salt Black Truffle, Pistachio Longan Red Date, and Salted Egg.

Flavours include Yuan Yang Brown Rice Tea Hazelnut, Aged Pu’er Mandarin Lotus Seed Praline Sea Salt, Malted Chocolate Bergamot Earl Grey, and Pistachio Yuzu Salted Caramel.

Extending the Edible Art concept beyond mooncakes, Janice Wong has also collaborated with leather brand Mathilde, creating a collection of handcrafted leather accessories individually painted with her signature brushstrokes.

For a limited time, visitors to Janice Wong at The Supertree can experience an interactive Chocolate Mooncake Wall designed by Chef Janice Wong. The edible installation brings this year’s Mid-Autumn collection to life through an interactive chocolate display.
