As Nuanu prepare to launch this summer, the excitement to unveil the culmination of four years of experimentation and craftsmanship in shaping this Creative City, is at a high, Solonin added.

Innovative Developments Set to Take Place

Leading the charge in Bali’s real estate sector, Nuanu teams up with companies that construct homes and recreational areas that integrate urban living with nature. Thanks to a collaboration with Nuanu Property Group, UNIT Space, and OXOLiving, the island’s most exciting new attraction is going up: a premium residential complex featuring eco-friendly, cutting-edge residences. Nuanu makes sure that every aspect of the living space is carefully crafted to reflect the values of the Creative City.

There will be many new and exciting developments in the Creative City of Nuanu in 2025. One such unique partnership is the Eugene Museum, which was established with the help of Japanese-American artist Eugene Kangawa. A one-of-a-kind sanctuary for art lovers, this museum was designed by the famed Indonesian architect Andra Martin.

Kangawa will be the curator of the museum’s varied collection of artworks, which will reflect the artist’s lifelong concept of “Symbiosis” through the utilization of natural light to produce an enchanting work of art that spans the grounds and the building.

Nuanu’s Eco path and green areas are one of its core elements.

In harmony with this cultural treasure is iFarm, the pioneering indoor vertical farming system in Nuanu that utilizes information technology to efficiently cultivate crops using multigreens technology at a low cost. An innovative, all-inclusive experience for people of all ages, The Head takes its spiral shape from the Nautilus shell and serves as a meeting place for cuisine, beverages, arts, and crafts.

Empowering Change through Collective Action

With the goal of promoting beneficial social and environmental change, Nuanu included CSR into its business strategy by distributing profits to the Nuanu Social Fund (NSF). By putting an emphasis on solidarity and teamwork, the fund strengthens communities and produces measurable results. Among the significant transformational projects funded by NSF are the following: the preservation of Gambang, a Gamelan instrument that is 300 years old, to ensure that its legacy continues to thrive for future generations; and the construction of an educational center in Beraban Village, Tabanan, to equip youngsters with essential computer skills.

In order to make a lasting influence and bring about positive change, Nuanu’s CSR philosophy stresses the need of working together and respecting the opinions and input of all parties involved.
