Milksha’s Strawberry Coulis Series Returns with New Additions and Toppings

Who doesn’t like bubble tea? One of our favourite bubble tea chains is Milksha and their Strawberry Coulis Series is finally back by popular demand, this time with a twist!

First launched in 2020, Milksha’s Strawberry Coulis series has become one of the brand’s best-selling and highly anticipated seasonal specials. The series was sold out every day whenever it was on sale. It’s not hard to see why — eight fresh plump strawberries are imported directly from Belgium and slow-cooked in batches by hand to make one cup of coulis.

Milksha will be bringing the above Strawberry Coulis Series in limited quantities at each outlet daily, this time with three new flavours – Triple Q Strawberry Milk, Strawberry Ice Blend with Milk Foam and Strawberry Green Milk Tea.

It’s hard to choose a favourite among the three flavours but if we really have to make a choice, my dollar goes to Triple Q Strawberry Milk ($6). This beverage is a delightful interplay of textures between fresh milk, strawberries, mochi and green tea jelly. The melding of the ingredients takes the flavour profile of this drink to a whole new level.

Strawberry Ice Blend with Milk Foam ($5.60) has a remarkable sweet and fruity taste. It provides a great respite from the hot and humid weather. This refreshing ice blend of strawberry coulis and green tea is crowned with fresh milk foam. Driven by Milksha’s mission to offer “Natural, Handmade and Unique Milk Beverages”, the frothy milk foam is made from fresh cream milk that does not contain preservatives, artificial colouring or chemical additives.

For green tea lovers, go for the Strawberry Green Milk Tea, which imparts an earthy note that contrasts well with the sweetness of the coulis. Up the indulgence by adding honey pearls or green tea jelly as toppings.

The Strawberry Coulis Series will only be available from 11 April 2022 to 29 May 2022, while stocks last, so head over to your nearest Milksha outlet to savour it while you can. For Milksha’s locations, visit Milksha’s website.
