Beutea Launches Third Singapore Outlet in Tampines With New Flavours and Exclusive Swag

Beutea, the popular Malaysian bubble tea brand known for using premium high-altitude tea leaves from China’s Yunnan and Fujian provinces in its concoctions, has launched its third outlet in Singapore. Teaholics over in the east can now make a beeline for its new stall at Tampines MRT station to check out new flavours like Forest Roasted Milk Tea and Bitter Melon Apple Tea, while getting their hands on exclusive merchandise like tote bags and blind boxes.

Adding to its menu that offers over 30 drinks, Beutea has introduced the new Forest Roasted Series, comprising the sweet and mellow Forest Roasted Cold Brew (S$4.90) and Forest Roasted Milk Tea (Regular: S$5.30, Large: S$5.90), which are now also available at Beutea’s other two outlets at Tiong Bahru Plaza and Northpoint City. The base of this series is premium Wuyi Mountain tea leaves that feature earth roasted notes beneath the creamy mouthfeel.

For bestsellers like Jasmine Green Milk Tea (Regular: S$4.90, Large, S$5.90, Hot S$5.90) and White Peach Oolong Milk Tea (R: S$4.90, L: S$5.90, H: S$5.90), each cuppa is blended with fresh milk imported from New Zealand. As a consumer who usually does not consume fruit teas with dairy, I found the white peach fragrance went down surprisingly well with the creamy milk, even as the oolong notes remained robust. Other popular teas in Beutea’s milk series include Wu Yi Da Hong Pao Milk Tea (R: $4.90, L: $5.60, H: $5.90), and the Xihu Longjing Milk Tea (R: $5.60, L: $5.90, H:$6.60), which features the famous green tea leaves from Hangzhou’s West Lake that are rich in antioxidants and vitamin C. You can tell that Beutea is serious about where it sources its tea leaves!

One of the places Beutea sources its tea leaves from is China’s Xihu (West Lake).

If you already appreciate Beutea’s rangeof fresh fruit teas like the Fresh Grapefruit Tea (S$5.90 with highland Jasmine tea, S$6.60 with highland Oolong tea), which typically contain more than half a cup of fresh fruit for that vitamin boost, you will definitely like the latest zero-calorie Bitter Melon Apple Tea (S$7.60). It tastes extremely refreshing and detoxifying, with green apple and vibrant lemon balancing out the mild bitterness from the bittergourd and kale (a superfood!) to make for a healthy large volume thirst quencher that not only lowers blood sugar levels, but also promotes digestive, bone and eye health – a good meal replacement on an evening after I had a heavy lunch. For the health conscious, bubble tea evidently can be healthy too, if you home in on these selections within Beutea’s extensive menu.

Exclusive Merchandise

To make your visit to Beutea even more beautiful, the tea chain is offering exclusive merchandise, comprising blind boxes (S$3.50)  that contain handy phone grips in five character designs, available for purchase when you buy any drink. Otherwise, go hands-free with Beutea’s attractive tote bag that comes free with a minimum spend of S$15 in a single purchase – our tip: why not 塔take this opportunity to try one tea each from the three categories of Fresh Fruit Tea, Fresh Milk Tea and Highland Brew Tea/Cold Brews?
