It’s the season to be jolly again and to start looking for a place for your annual Christmas feast.

Goodwood Park Hotel is one that never fails to enchant with its array of seasonal offerings and classic favourites for a truly festive feast. From 15 November 2024 to 1 January 2025, this historic Singapore hotel, renowned for its elegant charm, has prepared an assortment of indulgent treats, both for dining in and for takeaway.

Festive Dining Experiences

Starting in December, Goodwood Park Hotel’s restaurants will transform into winter wonderlands of flavours, with special holiday menus at Coffee Lounge, L’Espresso, and Gordon Grill. Enjoy festive buffets, set menus, and afternoon tea, with options ranging from local favourites to international classics.
Coffee Lounge, for instance, serves a seasonal twist on its beloved Taiwan Porridge buffet, while L’Espresso offers an elevated English Afternoon Tea, complete with carving stations and fresh seafood. For a memorable Christmas Day, a special brunch buffet includes free-flow beverages for that added festive cheer. For those looking to raise a toast, beverage packages allow guests to add free-flow champagne, wines, or non-alcoholic options to their meals, making this a perfect destination for celebratory gatherings.
The hotel’s signature Deli introduces a series of innovative takeaway options for those wanting to bring the cheer home. Leading the lineup is the Oven-Baked Rock Sugar Honey Glazed Turkey, marinated in spices and given a caramelised finish that pairs beautifully with fragrant vegetable rice and a side of zesty chilli sauce – an ideal centrepiece for any gathering.

Another standout is the Butter Turkey with Cranberry Cheese Naan, a delightful fusion dish where tender turkey is paired with a butter-rich sauce and festive naan sprinkled with parmesan and cranberries. In the spirit of sharing, Goodwood’s Baked Turkey Char Siew Snow Buns offer a unique East-meets-West bite, with char siew turkey encased in a fluffy bun topped with a delicate, snow-like crust. And for something heartier, the Baked Potato Ribbon Pie combines turkey with mushrooms and bacon, wrapped in buttery layers of folded potatoes—a true comfort dish.

No Christmas celebration is complete without something sweet, and the hotel’s new log cakes do not disappoint. Winter Raspberry Bliss Log Cake presents a fusion of sherry-infused grape filling, almond sponge, and a light pink sherry cream for a taste of elegance. The Holly Jolly Log Cake combines fruity apricot compote with rich Jivara chocolate mousse, resulting in a dessert that is both beautiful and indulgent. For a tropical twist, the Merry Mistle-Crunch marries matcha and pineapple in a delightful balance of earthiness and sweetness, finished with matcha Chantilly cream and festive decorations. And for traditionalists, the Nutcracker Chocolate Pistachio Tart delivers a luxurious blend of pistachio praline, chocolate mousse, and almond sponge in a tart that embodies the essence of Christmas.

For durian enthusiasts, the D24 line-up, including puffs, crêpes, and an ice cream tub, provides further options for celebrating with this unique Southeast Asian fruit.
Goodwood Park Hotel’s festive offerings bring a dash of elegance, culinary innovation, and local flair to holiday celebrations. Whether dining in or taking treats home, the hotel offers an experience filled with joy, flavour, and a warm Christmas spirit.
