Come May, the highly-anticipated reopening of Toby’s Estate Singapore Flagship will take place. The returning café will exhibit a stylish new design and the addition of Pandan Waffle to the highly-coveted Flavour Savour line.

The loyal followers of Toby’s Estate are eagerly awaiting the reopening of the Robertson Quay staple, which has been much-loved by both locals and tourists for the last 15 years. The world-famous Australian coffee roaster is over the moon to reveal its stunning warehouse remodel, which has a sleek, gritty attitude sure to win over today’s consumers.

The interior of the renovated Toby’s Estate.

The renovated flagship offers an improved customer experience in a warm environment, with 55 interior seats and 32 outdoor riverbank spaces. Premium coffees and authentic Australian café fare are available to guests.

Atelier and Alpha, two incredibly gifted Australian design firms, set out to revamp the old café into a modern, coffee-centric space that highlights the breadth of Toby’s Estate’s offerings. Its industrial setting features towering warehouse ceilings, polished concrete floors, and vintage clay brick walls, creating a subtle contrast between the warm wood and aged brass accents, such as a massive feature wall and vast brew bar bench tops. It manages to do what all Toby’s Estate venue fit-outs do: bring together the raw industrial elements with sleek, modern materials.

Interactive Coffee Drinking Experience

Expect the brand-new Filter and Espresso bars, where customers can engage with baristas while getting a close peek at the coffee-making process. This is where you can find Toby’s vast coffee program, which features beans sourced from all around the world, including Asia, Africa, and South America. Each month, Toby’s offers seven different coffees that highlight beans from diverse regions, countries, types, and experimental processing methods.

The Freezus menu is a prominent feature of the coffee offering; it has premium coffee that is frozen at its peak and includes exceptional beans that Toby’s team has roasted and won accolades for.

Toby has released a new line of canned Not Hot Coffees (SG$5.30) with three delicious flavors that are perfect for cooling down on hot days. Oat Milk Lattes, Cold Brew Blacks, and the revolutionary ‘Spro Tonic,’ a sparkling coffee with natural orange sweetness that is perfect for tropical climates, are all available to customers for S$5.30.

NEW Flavour Alert – Pandan Waffle

As part of their newest Flavour Savour series, Toby’s Estate has introduced the Pandan Waffle, a tempting new complement to your everyday coffee routine.

A perfect match to your coffee of choice, the Pandan Waffle.

As a tribute to a beloved traditional Southeast Asian flavor, the Pandan Waffle Flavour Savour is sure to satisfy. This unique blend is guaranteed to win over the Singaporean public with its refreshing pine lime ice cream, coconut cream, and melons flavours, followed by a subtle but lingering pandan aroma that grows with every sip. Head Roaster Danny Cao of Toby’s Coffee worked closely with Rodrigo Sánchez Valencia, a coffee farmer from Toby’s family farm in Monteblanco, Colombia, to achieve this authentic and captivating flavour. Cao just finished second in the 2024 Australian Specialty Coffee Association (ASCA) National Coffee Roasting Championships.

Coffee connoisseurs are in for a treat with the Pandan Waffle Flavour Savour. It features a mesmerising blend of flavours that is best enjoyed with milk and retails in 200g (S$24) and 1kg bags (S$68.50) at retail. While supplies last, you may get this special edition taste in-store and online.
