Highlight Dishes

Succulent grilled octopus with a side of colourful veggies is one of the highlights of the Polpo & Patate (S$24++). Bagna Cauda, a traditional Italian dipping sauce made with a robust blend of garlic and anchovies, elevates the dish with its bold and robust flavour.

Pomodoro E Basilico (S$22++), a dish that is sure to please pasta enthusiasts, is prepared with freshly produced Spaghettone and a flavorful blend of tomato sauce, olives, basil, and stracciatella cheese. Brasato 3 Pepi (S$32++) is another enticing meal. It’s a handmade masterpiece that features braised beef ravioli packed with an explosive three-pepper beef jus sauce, providing a burst of flavours for adventurous eaters.

The best of Italian cuisine comes to Changi.

The Bari pizza (S$34++), crafted by Head Pizzaiolo Chef Vincenzo Lavecchia and inspired by his homeland of Bari, a port city in Southern Italy, is a masterpiece that is made fresh in Allora’s on-site pizza oven. Burrata, anchovies, Pantelleria capers, basil, and tomato pulp filets make for a one-of-a-kind flavor combination. Tartare (S$36++), another one of Chef Vincenzo’s creations, promises a delicious and refreshing culinary experience with its mozzarella, Castelmagno, Australian Angus beef tenderloin, and young sprouts.

The Bologna, a filling main course that comes with a salad of arugula and tomato balsamic and a crunchy bread-crusted veal cutlet topped with mortadella and Parmigiano Reggiano, is a must-try (S$75++ for two people). Indulge in Chef Stefano’s famous crowd-pleaser, Alloramisú, for a flawless ending to your dinner (S$16++). The homemade version of this classic dessert takes a novel approach by using espresso-soaked Savoiardi cookies, layered with silky mascarpone cream, and dusted with cocoa powder for garnish.

A Delightful Mix of Curated Drinks

Allora is proud of more than just its food; they also take great satisfaction in making drinks that have tales behind them, so that customers can relax and enjoy themselves while they share stories over tasty cocktails. Along with the ever-popular cocktails, wine, and beer, Allora also debuted a line of exclusive cocktails that are uniquely theirs. This delicious cocktail is served at Allora on Airport Boulevard and costs S$18++. It includes Bourbon Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, Almond Liqueur, Aperol, and Orange Juice. As you soak up the sun in Singapore’s outdoor space, sip on this refreshing iced drink.

Allora also serves a medley of fine cocktails.

Among Allora’s Italian cocktails is the Sbagliato (S$16++), an aperitif that combines the fizz of Prosecco with the bitterness of Campari and the sweetness of Rosso Vermouth. Served over ice with an orange twist, it’s a great pick for individuals looking for something aromatic and fresh. With its lovely Italian blend of Prosecco, Vodka, Fresh Mint, and a citrusy burst from Lemon Sorbet, the Sgroppino ($16++) is the perfect drink for individuals seeking a pleasant and zesty flavor.

Frangelico (S$16++) is a liqueur that mixes the nutty richness of Frangelico with the powerful notes of Campari. It’s perfect for Limoncello aficionados, who love this liqueur for its brilliant citrus intensity. A dash of Lemon Juice and the essence of Limoncello round out the flavor. A delightful effervescent treat packed with pure lemon flavor from the Limoncello, the Limoncello Spritz (S$16++) is another must-try. It’s the perfect dessert to enjoy after supper.
