Don’t we all love a good eat-all-you-can buffet deal? Well, here’s one.
Azmaya is offering a 90-minute all-you-can-eat yakiniku and shabu-shabu deal that presents a selection of Gunma and Kagoshima Wagyu beef and Snow Crab. All for the price of just S$68++.
For an even more decadent experience that caters to seafood lovers, a premium buffet at S$98++ adds a delightful assortment of oysters, salmon roe, eel and scallops. Top it all off with free flow alcohol for an additional S$40++ liquid buffet to complete the spread. There is a mind-boggling variety of booze, including sake, shoju, red, white and umeshu plum wines, highball and in-house cocktail concoctions, perfect for Azmaya’s izakaya-style atmosphere.
The premium buffet adds oysters, salmon roe, eel, and succulent scallops on top of the wagyu and snow crab.
The A4 Wagyu in the buffet is as good as it gets, with the marbled meat offered in the form of slices, cubes or chunks served to your preference, depending on how you would like to cook them. What is even more interesting is the availability of beef tongue that adds an alternative chewy texture and stronger beefy flavour even as you enjoy the fats in your wagyu. Focus on the beef, we say, but there are also other items like salmon sashimi, pork and chicken (including fried chicken), kimchi, edamame and fresh greens. There is also a S$38++ option that features only pork and chicken, without the beef or snow crabs.
Enhance the taste of the meat further with the smoky house-made BBQ sauce for yakiniku, or concoct your own sauce mix over at the DIY sauce counter. Shabu-shabu broth options are in the dozens, though bonito flakes, tomato, tonkatsu and seaweed are the most popular.
Ladies’ Night
Given the many playful to potent drinks available, the ladies will be delighted to know that Mondays to Wednesdays offer extended Ladies Night, where S$3.90 gets you a glass of shochu cocktails, beer, highball, wine, plum wine, and sake, as long as you spend a minimum of S$20 on food. Of course, there are still soft drinks and juices to get the drivers home safely.
