Food Offerings
At Lau Pa Sat, you can expect to see offerings from local hawkerpreneurs and founders. Among the bevy are new-generation HawkerBoss as well as second and third-generation hawkers who are passionate about preserving and promoting Singapore’s hawker culture. The new HawkerBosses helm F&B stalls such as Butter & Cream Bakery serves trendy dishes such as Basque Burnt Cheesecake and Salted Egg tarts, as well as the Mexican Bowl from Mexican Cuisine & Chinese Cuisine.
Our personal recommendation would be the Hokkien Mee from Golden Shoe Hokkien Mee, which is wet and topped with crispy lard. The chilli packs a punch!
