Get ready to tantalise your taste buds. The sixth edition of Wine Lust – a food and wine festival by 1-Group – is back. Happening from 12 August to 10 September 2022, the annual event will be a month-long extravaganza of wining and feasting activities at 1-Group’s seven iconic dining establishments across Singapore.
Relish a dinner among the verdant gardens of Botanic Gardens at Botanico, which will run ‘Amici Vini Sono Meglio Vecchi’, a five-course wine-pairing dinner (S$128++ per pax) on 25 August. Or travel around the world with an afternoon wine tasting session (S$45 per pax) of over 40 unique wines from different countries with sommeliers on site on 14 August from 3pm to 9pm.

Love heritage? Head to UNA the 100-year-old Alkaff Mansion for a “Fall in Spain” five-course wine-pairing dinner (S$188++ per pax). Expect to indulge in dishes with Spanish influences such as the Txangurro al Horno (baked gratinated crab in scallop shell) and Wagyu A La Parrilla (chargrilled wagyu striploin with roasted cauliflower, potato foam and salsa espanola). Alkaff Mansion will also be holding Spanish Wine Masterclass at S$58 per pax.

Over at The Summerhouse, a four-course wine-pairing dinner awaits food and wine connoisseurs. A curated list of wines scoring above 90 points will be showcased at the dinner.
For dinner with a view, Monti is the one to go for as it serves up a wine-pairing dinner menu on 26 and 28 August with wine partners Amphora Wines and Omina Romana.

Get a taste of South America at 1-Atico for a one-day-only Argentina Wine Tasting event (S$38++ per pax) on 24 August. Held in collaboration with the Embassy of Argentina in Singapore, the event will feature top wine merchants from Le Vigne, Corney & Barrow, EC Wines and more.
