He is thrilled to bring Maison Boulud to Singapore’s lively dining scene, capping off more than a decade of wonderful collaboration with Marina Bay Sands. Looking Forward to Satisfying the World’s Gourmands

The renowned menu at Maison Boulud Singapore will showcase the rich heritage of French gastronomy and the finest seasonal ingredients. Executive Chef Rémy Carmignani, who has worked at Guy Savoy in Paris and Singapore as well as Le Français at the iconic Hotel La Mamounia in Marrakech, brings a wealth of experience to the table. With an outstanding cocktail program and breathtaking decor by acclaimed interior designer Joyce Wang, diners can also anticipate an experience that will take them to the heart of Southern France.

With its classic Mediterranean decor and delectable dishes inspired by the region’s cuisine, Maison Boulud Singapore transports guests to the French Riviera. Joyce Wang Studio painstakingly planned and built the restaurant, which artfully combines seaside magnificence with rustic charm via the use of features like huge arched windows and patterns that reflect the region’s history and culture. The name Maison Boulud serves as an inspiration for the coastal-themed artwork and décor that cover the walls, which are painted in fresh neutral and earthy tones. The result is an inviting and comfortable homey atmosphere.

The restaurant, which can accommodate 143 guests, will be open for lunch and dinner every day at L1-83 of The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. A chic bar and lounge area, as well as a 12-person private dining room, will be available.
