Fans of classic Nintendo games, may we have your attention?
The first ever Nintendo pop-up store in Southeast Asia is coming to Singapore on 17 November 2023. The pop-up store will run until 1 January 2024, at the Jewel in Changi Airport.
You can expect swag from Nintendo franchises like Super Mario, Animal Crossing, The Legend of Zelda, Splatoon, and Pikmin. Until recently, you could only buy this stuff at the Nintendo TOKYO, Nintendo OSAKA, and Nintendo KYOTO stores in Japan.
In a special illustration designed specifically for the store’s merchandise, Mario and other beloved Nintendo characters like Squid Ring from Splatoon, Isabelle and a villager from Animal Crossing, Link from The Legend of Zelda, and many more, will travel across universes to give customers a nostalgic fix. Fans will soon be able to buy a variety of unique products featuring this artwork.
As the release date draws near, more unique merchandise options will be made available.
Special Nintendo Pop-up Collectibles
There will be six different varieties of postcards available, each developed just for the Nintendo pop-up store. One of these exclusive postcards will be given to customers who spend S$80 or more in a single transaction, while supplies last.
Stickers commemorating the event may be obtained by players who check in with their Nintendo Accounts at the venue. One check-in per day earns you a sticker, and there are 18 different styles to choose from. The designs of the stickers distributed will be chosen at random.
Fans may claim their rewards by logging into their accounts and checking in at the store using a tablet computer set up at the front entry. Sticker distribution is contingent on attendance being confirmed by venue personnel.
To coincide with the period of Nintendo Pop-up Store in Singapore, a partnership campaign with Super Mario “PIPE AROUND THE WORLD” will also be carried out at Jewel Changi Airport. The campaign’s details will be announced soon.
