Hold on, music fans. Mr Big is coming to town.
Los Angeles rock band Mr Big is set to kick off their farewell tour titled “The Big Finish” in Asia beginning in Nagoya, Japan on 20 July. And come August, they will arrive in Singapore at the Marina Bay Sands Theatre on 4 and 5 August 2023.
The rock band will be performing all of their best hits, including “Just Take My Heart,” “To Be With You,” “Wild World,” and “Green-Tinted Sixties Mind,” to the delight of fans worldwide who have fallen in love with their brilliance and passion in coming up with pulsating rhythms, and soulful ballads.
The Big Finish
Mr Big will reunite for their “The Big Finish” tour. This is a farewell global concert during which they will go through their full album Lean into It in its entirety. Pat Torpey, the band’s drummer and a co-founder, passed away in 2018 after a long fight with Parkinson’s disease, leaving Eric Martin, Billy Sheehan, and Paul Gilbert to carry on the band’s tradition. The band will also feature Nicholas D’Virgilio as their drummer for the tour.
The first leg will take the band to Japan and Southeast Asia in July and August, with 2024 dates in South America, Europe, and the United States to be announced soon.
