Who doesn’t love tokidoki? We certainly can’t get enough of these cute characters by Simone Legno and the Christmas tokidoki pop-up at NEX is a dream come true.
Adding some tokidoki merriment to the holiday season has amped up the excitement level to an all another height at NEX. Shoppers can look forward to a month full of tokidoki-themed events and perks. These includes meet-and-greets with tokidoki characters, a pop-up tokidoki shop, the chance to redeem unique tokidoki products, and caricature portrait drawings of themselves.

The Japanese word tokidoki means “sometimes,” and the company that bears that name is an incredibly popular fashion and lifestyle label all over the world. The name tokidoki has become a phenomenon since its release in 2005, thanks to its unique style and endearing characters.

Immersive tokidoki holiday shopping experience
Every day from 1 December through 11 December 2022, from 11a.m. to 9p.m., the NEX Atrium, Level 1 will be transformed into a tokidoki-themed Christmas wonderland. Bringing a dash of charm to this year’s holiday season are the colorful tokidoki characters Donutella and her sweet buddies, Cactus Friends, Unicorno, Mermicorno, and Kaiju. You can take Instagram-worthy pictures with the characters, and then purchase for tokidoki goods, which make great holiday presents, in the pop-up shop.

Meet Donutella and SANDy, two popular tokidoki characters, in person from 2 to 4 December and from 9 to 11 December. The mascots will be available for meet-and-greet sessions at 1pm, 4pm and 7pm, with each session being limited to the first 30 groups of four attendees. Don’t forget to bring your camera and take advantage of this wonderful chance to capture a memorable family moment with the lovable characters.

NEXrewards members may now redeem points for a special-edition tokidoki Eco Bag. From 24 November through 26 December, a new collector design for the tokidoki Eco Bag will be revealed each week. Customers can get the bag for free when they spend S$150 or S$200 (if including supermarket transaction) at any one of the stores that participate in NEXrewards and scan their membership QR code.

Between 2 and 4 December as well as 9 and 11 December, NEXrewards members can get a free, custom caricature of themselves and a friend. Spend $50 or more in a single transaction at any participating retailer and scan your NEXrewards member QR code to receive a $10 bonus.
