Delicious meals and tempting deals are on the table this month at Singapore River One’s month-long culinary festival. With the launch of Singapore River Signatures (SRS) on 1 October 2022, SRO is calling for everyone to join in the celebration of Singapore’s re-opening through delectable meals and great conversations.

With a theme “Feast of Joy”, it aims to gather food aficionados while celebrating exceptional restaurants along the Singapore River. For the whole month of October, foodies will get coveted rewards, amazing promotions, and e-vouchers.

Best Eats

Following the public nominations for Diner’s Choice in July, SRO’s eminent team of judges conducted a rigorous and exhaustive round of tasting sessions to select the best dishes along Boat Quay, Clarke Quay, and Robertson Quay. This year’s judges come from a variety of backgrounds, each with their own point of view, constituting an exceptional panel of renowned culinary specialists. The panel comprises Gayatri Singh, Professional Chef and Director of Operations at Terra Madre; Dr Aaron Nathanael Ho, Food Blogger at Rubbish Eat Rubbish Grow; Shawn Chua, Host at Hawkerpedia; and Clara Chua, Lifestyle and Food Blogger at Exploding Belly.

The best restaurants were chosen and granted the distinction ‘Top 10 Signatures’ after meeting tough criteria and impressing the discerning panel. Results will be revealed in an upcoming ceremony on 11 October.
