Forget about salmon fish skin. The newest kid on the block is chicken skin. Homegrown snack company Pok Pok Chicken Skin has just launched its latest snack product which uses premium chicken skin based on an original recipe.
The aromatic savoury snack is crispy with strong flavours of pepper. With this new product, Colin She – founder of Pok Pok Chicken Skin – hopes to fill a gap in the local snack market.
Each 100g pack of Pok Pok Chicken Skin retails at S$8.50. It will be available online at pokpok.sg from August 2019.
Currently, Pok Pok Chicken Skin has a pop-up store at Raffles Xchange B1 till 28 June 2019. There will also be a pop-up store at Suntec City from 1 to 12 July 2019.
