Having been absent for five years, Czech automotive brand Skoda has returned to Singapore. Owned by Volkswagen, Skoda opened a new chapter with the official launch of its brand new showroom along Leng Kee Road last week on 22 March.
The brand will be managed by Volkswagen Group Singapore, which also imports and handles the retail operations of Volkswagen vehicles in Singapore. Spanning 940 square metres, the new Skoda showroom occupies the space of what used to be the aftersales area of Volkswagen.
Currently, four models – namely Rapid Spaceback, Octavia, Kodiaq and Superb – are available, with the Octavia being Skoda’s bestselling model worldwide.
Prices for Skoda models in Singapore vary from S$103,400 to S$167,900 (including Certificate of Entitlement).
