Get ready for three days of food and wine extravaganza in August. Epicurean Market, the immensely popular signature culinary event of Marina Bay Sands, is back with its fourth edition from 12 to 14 August 2016.
Similar to previous years, Epicurean Market will offer a vast array of dishes by celebrity chefs and renowned restaurants, gourmet produce and cheese, fine wines, spirits and sake and many more.
All 10 celebrity chef restaurants in Marina Bay Sands will make their presence at the event. You can expect to see renowned chefs such as Chef Tetsuya Wakuda of Waku Ghin, Los-Angeles-based gypsy chef David Myers and the Michelin-starred Chef Daniel Boulud. These culinary masters, along with other experts, will also be holding over 50 masterclasses at the event.
Other key activities include the After Parties on Friday and Saturday featuring live DJ sets and cocktails from renowned mixologists, as well as a Farmer’s Market where you can get fresh produce and gourmet items flown in from farmer’s markets in Asia, Europe and North America. Wine lovers should also not miss the wine hall, which will feature over 20 wine merchants and offer the chance to meet wine purveyors, brewers and distillers.
