Following their successful concert in Singapore in 2014, the world’s foremost classical crossover quartet Il Divo is returning to Singapore for a night of love and passion. This time, the multinational vocal group brings their brand new Amor & Pasion World Tour on 4 April.
Il Divo is, by far, the first and most successful classical crossover group across the globe, with more than 30 million album sales. The quartet has collected 160 gold and platinum awards in 33 countries and achieved over 50 number one records. They were also honoured as “Artist of the Decade” at the Classic Brits at the Royal Albert Hall in 2011.
Comprising Urs Buhler, Sebastien Izambard, Carlos Marin and David Miller, Il Divo has performed in front of esteemed personalities such as US President Barack Obama and UK’s Her Majesty the Queen.
Their latest World Tour, Amor & Pasion, seeks to bring the sultry rhythms of Spain, Cuba, Argentina and Mexico to the audience. You can expect to fall under the spell of the crooners who will belt out classics such as “Adagio”, “The Power of Love”, “Angelina”, “A Las Mujeres Que Yo Ame”, “Besame Mucho” and many more.
