A high-end retail space situated within four levels of Mandarin Orchard Singapore, Mandarin Gallery has been commonly known to only feature upscale international fashion, lifestyle, service and food and beverage tenants. To bridge the gap between consumers and mall, Mandarin Gallery has organised a series of pop-up events under the umbrella of The Gallery Experience.
The first shopping mall in Singapore to ever introduce a series of curated lifestyle concepts, Mandarin Gallery aims to, through the engagement of mainstream consumers, reinforce consumers’ physical experience at the shopping mall.
Following the successful inaugural edition of The Gallery Experience last December with Silent Night: A Hush Hush Festive Weekend, Mandarin Gallery has proceeded with the second edition of the Gallery Experience: Featherlight. Over the weekend of 5 to 6 March, the event saw close to 400 participants in a marathon of musically themed workouts.
Beautifully decorated to ensure that it was aesthetically pleasing enough, both the interior and exterior of Mandarin Gallery were transformed into Instagram-worthy spaces, creating a picture perfect environment for participants to capture their exquisite Featherlight experience. This was a huge hit with the participants of the Featherlight experience.
Available to participants on that day was a range of exciting and uncommon exercises. The entire event kicked off with a Surf Rock Surf Set at 10am. This was followed by a few sets of 80’s Barre and Pop Yoga. In response to the overwhelming support from shoppers who took part in the inaugural edition of The Gallery Experience last December, Mandarin Gallery also brought back Silent Yoga, much to the delight of the many attendees. In fact, all the slots for the various activities found themselves to be at full capacity.
Set to take place in April next month, consumers can look forward to the next edition of The Gallery Experience coming their way soon. From the look of the past two Gallery Experiences, it seems like Mandarin Gallery is set to impress.
