From 15 to 26 December, you can toast to the year-end festivities with LeVeL 33’s delightful Christmas Festive Menu. This includes Roasted Butterball Turkey (S$34) with pumpkin and corn puree, Christmas trimmings and ginger cranberry jus. Other delights include Winter Vegetable Lattice (S$29), a baked puff pastry filled with roasted classic vegetables and ricotta, sage and onion puree. For dessert, you can go for the Toasted Panettone (S$16) consisting of Gingerbread ice cream, pumpkin creme anglaise and drunken store fruit.

This Christmas, ERWIN’s Gastrobar brings to you its signature Christmas burger (S$19) with a grilled cotechino patty, rocket, shaved Fontina cheese, balsamic lentil jam and Prosecco mustard served with herb salted fries and Christmas relish. If you are keen on some light bites, you can give their Crumbed CacioCavallo Cheese (S$11.50) a try. Topped with Tuscan chestnut honey, sweet and spicy peppers and cranberry jam, get ready for your taste buds to be amazed.

With panaromic views of Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore skyline, this place is sure to take your breath away. Indeed, this is a place to visit if you are looking for a quiet and nice location to dine at, with a view to boot.
This Christmas, the chefs at Me@OUE have launched a special Christmas menu. With delights including Baked Black Cod, Roasted Duck and logcakes for dessert, rest assured that your tummy will be filled and satisfied.
Maybe Christmas is not your thing, but ringing in the New Year is. You can check out their New Year’s Eve menu with its many delectable delights such as Baby Pomfret, Roasted Pigeon and Escargots.

4. Stellar at 1-Altitude
Festive Berry Pudding at Stellar 1-Altitude
This Christmas, Stellar at 1-Altitude presents a sumptuous festive menu created by Executive Chef and Krug Ambassade Christopher Millar. From 1st to 23rd December, diners can get to enjoy a Festive Season Constellations menu where diners can create their own six-course (S$120++), seven-course (S$140++) or eight-course (S$160++) tasting menu.
If you are looking for something more hearty and with greater variety, you can consider trying their Christmas Day Brunch (S$140++ per pax). This comes with a Seafood and Shellfish Station featuring Pacific Oysters and Sashimi, Brunch Favourites like Brioche French Toast with Lavender and Honey, Christmas Delights such as Traditional Roast Turkey Pistacchio and Cranberry Stuffing and Slow Roasted Short Rib of Wagyu Beef, as well as, a Foie Gras Live Station. For dessert lovers, you can look forward to Yule Log cakes, Mini Mince Pies, Christmas Pudding and many more! This is inclusive of one glass of Moet & Chandon Imperial or free-flow soft drinks.
However, if buffets are not your thing, you can go for the five-course Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners each priced at $130++ per pax and $150++ per pax (window seats). There is even a Set Lunch Menu (3 course for $48++ per pax, 4 course for $58 per pax) with appetisers like caramelised foie gras, ginger bread crust and mains such as seared salmon and roasted turkey breast.

5. Xperience Restaurant at Sofitel So Singapore
Xperience Restaurant has revealed a brand new a la carte dinner menu, thoughtfully created by its new Culinary Designer, Chef Trevor Paulo. Staying true to its concept of a sophisticated combination of modern European tastes and Asian touches, the new menu will feature French classics like Beef Bourguignon and Chicken Cordon Bleu.
To commemorate his first saison de Noël at Sofitel So Singapore, Chef Trevor has also created a new four-course Christmas Eve dinner (starting at S$88++). Expect beautifully plated dishes that put in the mood for Christmas immediately, from the amuse bouche that is sprinkled with gold dust to the main course of hay roasted savel chicken which Chef Trevor would fire up and carve out meticulously at your table.
On top of the Christmas Eve set, Xperience is also introducing a hearty Christmas Day buffet lunch (S$128++) to ring in the festivities.
