Celebrating its 13^th year, The Soup Spoon introduces their latest offering – “The World in One Kitchen”. This new addition encapsulates the essence of The Soup Spoon co-founder and chef, Anna Lim’s recent travel experiences around the world.

“If you want to understand a culture, taste its soup. Each one is unique, an expression of the culture that inspired it and the home cooking that created it,” said Chef Lim.

Starting in June, three new soups will be featured every six weeks. The travel-inspired soups feature the quintessential flavours of the chosen country. From now till 27 August 2015, diners will get a taste of Spain in a bowl.

You will get to enjoy Chef Lim’s interpretation of Sopa de Pescado (Basquaise Spicy Seafood Stew), Vegan Arroz Samfaina la Cassola (Vegan Rice with Ratatouille Casserole) and Pollastre Escudella amb Prunes (Catalan Chicken Stew with Prunes). These soups embody the flavours from different part of Spain, and what Chef Lim’s experienced from her journey in Spain.
