A Taste of Indonesia at NOVOTEL Singapore Clarke Quay

If you love Indonesian cuisine as much as we do, you’ll be happy to know that The Square Restaurant at NOVOTEL Singapore Clarke Quay is bringing 30 iconic Indonesian dishes to the table from now till 14 November 2015.

This is part of the Indonesia Food Festival organised by the Ministry of Tourism of The Republic of Indonesia. The festival aims to showcase the best of Indonesian cuisine to Singaporeans.

Inspired by Chef Vindex Tengker, one of Indonesia’s well-known culinary figures, the buffet features a selection of Indonesia favourites such as Klapertart (young coconut pudding), Ikan Masak Woku, Laksa Bogor, and Kare Kepiting crab in lemongrass and curry coconut gravy.

Diners also stand a chance to win a 3D2N stay at NOVOTEL Bali Nusa Dua with business class return air tickets on Garuda Indonesia.

The buffet at The Square Restaurant is priced at S$58++ per adult and S$40++ per child.
