Airbnb is known for providing unique hospitality experiences around the world. But, a stay at the Esplanade Theatre for a night? Now, that’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
For the first time ever, the Esplanade Theatre will be transforming its stage into a home for quite possibly the most unique Airbnb experience in Singapore. In conjunction with SG50, the Esplanade Theatre and Airbnb has launched a contest titled “SG50’s Biggest Fan” in search of the country’s most passionate fan.
The winner will get to win a one-night Airbnb staycation at the Esplanade Theatre stage and share the experience with three loved ones. The winner will also win four tickets to the National Day Parade over the Jubilee Weekend.
That’s not all – the winner and their loved ones will also get to enjoy a specially tailored programme, including learning basic joget steps in traditional Peranakan costumes and a behind-the-scenes tour of the Esplanade. They will also enjoy a culinary experience in the evening at Esplanade’s rooftop restaurant.
To take part in this contest, you will need to submit a short video (no more than 15 seconds) conveying your birthday wishes to Singapore. The judges will choose the most creative entry as the winner and the results will be announced on the SG50 Facebook page on 5 August 2015.
