Say Hello to Hello Kitty at Singapore’s Changi Airport


Flying just got a little more fun at Changi International Airport in Singapore. EVA Air’s popular Hello Kitty jet is finally here in Singapore, and this time, it’s for good.  The Hello Kitty-themed plane will fly permanently between Singapore, Taipei and Houston from 21 June 2015.

Asia361-9428The Boeing 777-300ER aircraft flying the Singapore route will have an exclusive theme called “Shining Star” featuring not only Hello Kitty, but also other Sanrio characters such as Little Twin Stars and My Melody. Singapore is the first country in Southeast Asia to host EVA Air’s Hello Kitty jet.

Asia361-9459The Hello Kitty Shining Star features a new cabin interior including brand new seats, Wi-Fi and the latest in-flight entertainment system with high definition touch-screen monitors.

Asia361--3Passengers will find the “Shining Star” design throughout the aircraft, from the pillows to playing cards to restroom amenities.
