Seasonal Tastes Reopens at The Westin Singapore Following S$3 Million Transformation

The Westin Singapore has reopened Seasonal Tastes, its signature all-day dining restaurant on Level 32, following an extensive S$3 million renovation.

Located within Asia Square Tower 2, the refreshed restaurant presents a contemporary new dining environment accompanied by sweeping views of Marina Bay and the South China Sea. Its expanded international buffet brings together fresh seafood, succulent roasts, Singapore favourites and an extensive selection of desserts.

The transformation marks a new chapter for the hotel’s culinary programme, with the dining experience continuing to be guided by Westin’s Eat Well philosophy and an emphasis on fresh, seasonal produce.

Seasonal Tastes now offers buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, with dishes rotating according to the season and the freshest ingredients available.

The international selection has been broadened to cater to both local diners and overseas guests, while familiar Singapore flavours continue to feature prominently.

One of the highlights is the restaurant’s partnership with Kway Guan Huat Joo Chiat Popiah, a multigenerational family business that has been making popiah skins by hand in Singapore since 1938.

Guests can enjoy the heritage dish freshly prepared as part of the restaurant’s local favourites section. The collaboration introduces an authentic element of Singapore’s hawker culture to the hotel buffet while helping to preserve the craftsmanship behind one of the country’s best-loved dishes.

The buffet also features a generous array of fresh seafood and roast specialities, allowing diners to move between international dishes and local comfort food within the same meal.

Those with a sweet tooth can look forward to an extensive dessert counter filled with in-house bakes and creations by Dove Desserts.

Among the restaurant’s signatures is its New York Cheesecake served with raspberry sauce, which is available daily during both lunch and dinner.

The patisserie selection adds another indulgent dimension to the buffet, making the reopened Seasonal Tastes equally suited to relaxed family meals, celebratory gatherings and leisurely lunches overlooking the city.

A Contemporary New Look

Beyond the expanded menu, the S$3 million refurbishment has completely transformed the restaurant into a brighter and more vibrant dining destination.

“Our S$3 million investment has completely transformed the restaurant, creating a contemporary and vibrant dining destination that reflects the evolving expectations of today’s guests while reinforcing our commitment to excellence,” said James Walkden, General Manager of The Westin Singapore.

“The elevated international buffet has been thoughtfully curated to offer an even broader selection of flavours from around the world, while continuing to celebrate some of Singapore’s most iconic dishes. The enhanced dining experience is designed to appeal to both our loyal local following and the many international guests who visit us each year.”

Seasonal Tastes’ location remains one of its greatest attractions. Perched on the 32nd floor, the restaurant offers panoramic skyline and ocean views that change throughout the day, from bright morning scenes during breakfast to glittering city vistas at dinner.

Breakfast is available from 6.30am to 10.30am on weekdays and until 11am on weekends and public holidays. Buffet lunch is served from noon to 2.30pm, while dinner runs from 6pm to 10pm. For reservations and further information, visit seasonaltastessingapore.com.
