Guardian, Singapore’s leading health and beauty retailer, continues to champion women’s wellbeing with the return of its annual “Live Smart & Healthy” event — this year themed “EDEN of Wellness.”
Held at Gardens by the Bay, the 2025 edition transformed the venue into an immersive sanctuary dedicated to holistic living, underscoring Guardian’s commitment to empowering women to take charge of both their physical and mental health.
A Spotlight on Women’s Health
The focus on women’s health has never been more urgent. According to a 2024 report by the McKinsey Health Institute and the World Economic Forum, women spend 25% more of their lives in poor health than men, often delaying care until symptoms worsen.
Recognising this, Guardian aims to bridge the gap through accessible wellness products, professional guidance from its in-house pharmacists, and initiatives that promote preventive care and balanced living.
Now in its third year, the invite-only showcase welcomed over 100 media representatives and Key Opinion Leaders to explore two dedicated zones — the Wellness Discovery Zone and the Wellness Experience Zone — each reflecting different aspects of personal wellness.
Discoveries in Wellness
In the Wellness Discovery Zone, guests explored 19 brand booths featuring a specially curated line-up of new product launches from cult-favourite global names.
Among the highlights was Life Space Probiotic Fiber Jelly, an innovative way to support digestive health through convenient, tasty jellies; and Swisse Ultiboost Calm + Sleep Gummies, formulated with natural extracts to reduce stress and encourage restful sleep. Comvita Glow L-Glutathi Collagen Honey stood out for merging beauty and nutrition in one jar, offering skin-loving collagen and antioxidants with the soothing sweetness of honey.
The buzz of the day, however, was the debut of Teddi Lab Hair Boost Gummy Pro, the viral hair wellness supplement making its exclusive Singapore retail launch at Guardian. The gummy promises to support stronger, shinier hair from within — a reflection of Guardian’s growing focus on products that nurture both inner vitality and outer glow.
Guardian also placed strong emphasis on mental wellness with products such as VOOST Hydrate + Magnesium Citrus 12s and Swisse Ultiboost Calm + Sleep Gummies 60s, both designed to help consumers manage stress, promote relaxation, and restore balance.
Guests interacted with product displays, sampled supplements and beauty drinks, and spoke with wellness experts to learn how these innovations could fit into their everyday routines.
With hypertension now affecting more than one in three adults in Singapore, Guardian also announced a meaningful partnership with Terumo Asia Holdings Pte Ltd to introduce Blood Pressure Monitor Kiosks at selected Guardian stores. These kiosks — already available in two outlets and expanding to 30 locations — allow customers to conveniently monitor their blood pressure and receive professional advice from Guardian’s pharmacists, reinforcing the brand’s long-standing advocacy for preventive care.
Wellness Through Movement and Mindfulness
In the Wellness Experience Zone, Guardian partnered with Meraki Movement Co. to host Seed to Sprout, a 60-minute standing acrobatics session that embodied the spirit of “women lifting women.” The empowering class combined partner acrobatics, mindful movement, and reflection — encouraging participants to reconnect with their bodies and inner strength.
The collaboration captured Guardian’s belief that wellness goes beyond physical health, encompassing emotional balance, mental clarity, and a sense of community.
Extending the Experience Beyond the Event
To make the EDEN of Wellness experience accessible to everyone, Guardian is rolling out special promotions from 9 October to 5 November 2025. Shoppers can enjoy a Mix & Match offer of 70% off their second item across more than 70 participating brands, both in-store and online.
Guardian is also teaming up with Meraki Movement Co. for a social media giveaway during the same period. One lucky winner will receive a Meraki 10-class pack and a wellness goodie bag worth over S$1,000, while 15 others will win class passes and curated wellness sets.
