Morton’s The Steakhouse Returns to Entice With New Cocktails and Menu

Morton’s The Steakhouse is akin to a grand dame in the Singapore dining scene, having made its mark for an impressive stint of over 25 years. But it is not resting on its laurels. In fact, it has just launched some new cocktails and dishes to enthral guests.

Known for its high-quality steaks and fresh seafood, Morton’s is upping the ante with a number of new dishes to its menu. These include the Baked Corn Souffle (S$25), Grilled Oyster Casino (S$49), Tomahawk Ribeye (S$298), Double-Cut Rib Lamb Chops (S$118), Miso Marinated Sea Bass (S$78), the Maine Lobster Ravioli (S$55/S$80) and Hazelnut & Chocolate Mousse (S$27).

Of course, don’t leave without tasting the Japanese A5 Wagyu New York Strip (S$150).

This Porterhouse is a definite treat.

Tingling Tipples

Besides its reputation as a powerhouse steakhouse, Morton’s is of course known for its cocktails and its Power Hour at the Bar (Monday to Friday, 5pm to 7pm). Concoctions, including the Mezcal Rita, Old Square and Pineapple Paradise, are available during the Power Hour at S$19 each. Don’t forget to also try Margarita Millionaria (S$49) and Gold Fashioned (S$49), two of the newly crafted Cocktail Reserve options, while alcohol-free cocktails like Honey Ginger Mule (S$12), Orchard Season (S$12) and Strawberry Coconut Coupe (S$12) go well with the Braised Pork Belly Bao Buns (S$26).

In-house creations Bourbon Old Fashioned, Blackberry Mojito, Raspberry Fizz, Torino Tonic, Juicy Watermelon Crush, Passion Margarita, Guava Sidecar, Summer Sangria, The Mortini, Apple Snap, Sweet Lavender Cosmo, Zesty Lemon Drop and Summer Sangria can all be ordered in Morton’s Mixology menu for S$29 each.

The Affogato (S$29), Key Lime Pie Mortini (S$29) and B.A.N.A.N.A.S. (S$29) are excellent choices for a nightcap after dinner.

Margarita Millionaria.

For the entire month of October, a lovely treat awaits diners. Guests may get the Pink Love cocktail for S$25 as an homage to Breast Cancer Awareness Month. For each glass sold, Morton’s will donate S$1 to the Breast Cancer Foundation of Singapore.
