How often do you get to taste food of Michelin-Star standard at a buffet? Well, you can now at PARKROYAL at Beach Road. From 6 to 29 October 2023, one-Michelin-starred restaurant Khao from Bangkok, Thailand is working hand in hand with Ginger at PARKROYAL on Beach Road to deliver a selection of its famous Thai dishes at Ginger’s dinner buffet.

At Ginger’s supper buffet, you can expect to see Khao’s hallmark dishes served at both the live stations and the a la carte counters. Particularly notable are the Crab Omelet with Spicy Thai Chili Sauce, otherwise known as Khai Jiew Poo. There’s also the crispy, fluffy catfish served with a spicy mango salad—Yum Pladouk Foo. Of course, no Thai food is complete without Phad Thai Goong or Phad Thai with Shrimp. You also cannot miss the Lamb Shank Massaman Curry (Massaman Nua Nong Gae).

The Thai dishes go well with Ginger’s other specialty dishes, such as the freshly prepared Boston lobster, Singapore Chilli Crab and Salted Egg Yolk Crab, all of which boast distinctive Singaporean flavour.

The Singapore Laksa and the Chicken Rice will both satisfy your craving for something local while also promising an in-depth exploration of Singapore’s culinary culture. Don’t miss out on the Dim Sum, which includes a wide variety of dishes such loh mai kai, chicjen char siew pau, prawn and chicken siew mai, har gow, red bean pau and more.

The Thai dishes are only available during the supper buffet. From Monday through Thursday, adults pay S$78++ and children pay S$39++ for the buffet supper. On weekends, public holidays and eve of public holidays, it’s S$88++ per adult and S$44++ each child. UOB credit or debit card holders enjoy a 20% discount of the total.
