It’s a Bubbly Christmas at Burger & Lobster

Close 2022 on a gastronomic high with a festive revelry over a curated Christmas menu with a splash of Champagne Telmont at Burger & Lobster.

Burger & Lobster and Champagne Telmont have collaborated to bring you a specially tailored Christmas menu in honor of the most delightful time of the year. Burger & Lobster’s Raffles Hotel and Changi Airport locations each provide a variety of holiday-themed specials and set meals, in addition to the usual fare and a selection of effervescent creations.

Elevated dining experience

There’s more to dining your way to a memorable culinary experience at Burger & Lobster. In other words, you should expect a lot of bubbly fun.

The chefs at Burger & Lobster collaborated with Champagne Telmont to create the exquisite Champagne Lobster Roll (S$44++). Served with a Champagne Telmont-infused butter sauce and topped with caviar. This festive take on the classic Lobster Roll is available throughout the month of December. Champagne Telmont Réserve Brut (S$25++ per glass or $120++ per bottle) or Champagne Réserve Rosé ($120++ per bottle) are excellent accompaniments to the decadent roll.

Burgers and Lobsters. Always a fine mix.

On 24, 25 and 31 December 2022, as well as New Year’s Day on 1 January 2023, guests of the Raffles Hotel can enjoy a special three-course Christmas and New Year Set Menu ($85++) featuring a Butternut Squash Lobster Bisque with garlic toast to sop up all the flavour, followed by a sampling of all-time favourites with the B&L Signature Tasting Platter. Mini versions of their iconic Mayfair Burger and Lobster Roll are included on this platter alongside your choice of fries or salad and their famous lemon and garlic butter. For dessert, we have a warm and reassuring Homemade Bread & Butter Pudding that is stuffed with nuts and black raisins and topped with vanilla whipped cream and a drizzle of salted caramel sauce.

Bartending maestros in the house

B&L Raffles Hotel’s bartending masters have created special Christmas cocktails. Letter to Santa (S$22++) is a nutty, sweet, and invigorating drink made with Black Tears Spices Rum, Salted Caramel, Champagne Telmont, and Citrus. The B&L Eggnog (S$22++) is a unique take on the traditional Christmas turkey, blended with Wild Turkey Straight Bourbon, Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac, butterscotch, milk and cream for a sweet, creamy and delicious drink. If there’s only one drink you can go for, make it the eggnog, we say.

Pair it with champagne. Because, why not?

Burger & Lobster, Jewel Changi Airport: a sumptuous welcome to Singapore meal

Burger & Lobster’s S$25++ Lobster Tail Lollipops are back this holiday season so you can celebrate in style. These luxurious lollipops are crafted from steamed Nova Scotia lobster tails and are available only at Jewel Changi Airport. Diners can select from a wide variety of flavours, including smoked and mildly spiced Paprika Butter, umami-rich seaweed butter, mildly spicy Mala Butter, sweet and savoury Honey Soy Mayonnaise, and tangy.

Appetisers for the win.

Cilantro Lime Mayonnaise (Lobster tail lollipop served alongside refreshing and zesty mayonnaise). Two lollipops, in your choice of two flavours, can be purchased together for S$45++.

Both the Solo Platter (two steamed lobster tails with Burger & Lobster’s famous lemon and garlic butter, S$42++) and the Sharing Platter (four steamed lobster tails, S$82++) are not to be missed. For an additional S$8++, diners can upgrade their meal to include French fries and a salad.

Burger & Lobster is introducing a Champagne Telmont promotion, which is ideal for washing down its Lobster Tail Lollipops. While dining at Jewel Changi Airport, guests can enjoy a bottle of Champagne Réserve Brut (S$100++). Also available are, bottle of Champagne Réserve Rosé (S$160++), or a Telmont Combo of 1 Brut and 1 Rosé (S$250++). These champagne pairings will make the experience lovelier  as they gaze at the world’s highest indoor waterfall.
