‘Tis that time of the year once again when we would gift people dear to us with meaningful sweet somethings. Making our holiday season shopping a breeze is the Gifting Edition 2022 organised by Boutique Fairs Singapore.

In preparation for the holiday shopping season, the Gifting Edition brings together luxury boutique lifestyle businesses for three days. Over 240 design-forward and independent Singaporean businesses encompassing women’s, men’s, and children’s apparel, accessories, beauty, food & beverage, lifestyle items, toys, home decor, and more will be available for purchase at the event from 25 to 27 November 2022 at the F1 pit building.

Boutiques Fairs Singapore has always placed a strong emphasis on social responsibility, and this year’s gifting edition is no exception. Since Charlotte Cain conceptualised it in 2002, the fair’s popularity has skyrocketed, making it a must-attend event for local shoppers. Many popular brands provide expedited shipping options and a large selection of locally made presents during the forthcoming three-day event.

A continuous social enterprise advocacy

The event builds on the success of prior years by introducing new programs designed to encourage civic engagement and facilitate meaningful social relationships. With an eye on fostering the future generation of designers, the first Young Designers Showcase Grant will provide financial aid to six brands so that they can participate in the event at a reduced cost.

Boutiques Fairs is also sponsoring 10 different organisations and social enterprises. Ticket buyers will have the option of donating to TOUCH Community Services, which helps persons from low-income backgrounds, the elderly, and those with special needs. The Circle, the fair’s traditional workshop area where commerce and appreciation of handiwork meet, will return this year. The workshops are a great place for visitors to use their imagination and make unique presents for friends and family.

“We have put much thought into curating this retail experience, which spans seven rooms across two floors, and also offers live demonstrations and workshops to enjoy between shopping,” says Charlotte Cain, founder of Boutique Fairs Singapore.
