Sephora Opens Its First Asia Store of the Future in Singapore

Sephora’s first-ever Store of the Future concept in Asia, located in Raffles City Singapore, is now open. Sephora is the top omni-channel luxury cosmetics retailer in the world. The 426-sqm shop was planned with space, human, and digital touchpoints in mind, all based on data from customer research. The store has interactive touchpoints, workshops, a specialised selection of goods, and premium beauty services to provide customers with a one-stop shopping experience.

According to Alia Gogi, President of Sephora Asia, this new concept store was inspired by Sephora’s enthusiastic adaptability to customers’ dynamic shopping demands, which is essential in today’s fast-changing retail landscape.

Carefully crafted shopping environment

The revamped store layout has designated testing, browsing, learning, and buying zones that  enhance Sephora’s role as a beauty playground. The selection of featured brands and goods is based on a thorough examination of consumer behaviour patterns and insights into consumer preferences from around Asia and the world. The Play Table is an engaging shopping experience that incorporates video demonstrations of trending beauty trends to help clients decide what to buy. Shoppers may browse the Care Table based on their specific skin care needs. When it comes to skincare, Sephora will provide a curated selection of products and supplementary material to help clients make educated purchases.

The Skincare Lounge will enhance Sephora’s extensive knowledge of skincare by providing a curated selection of cutting-edge items. Guests may relax in this soothing, semi-private area while their skincare needs are attended to by Sephora’s trained professionals.

Booking educational masterclasses and events at the Beauty School using the Sephora Mobile App brings the Beauty Community together to create memorable experiences. The Beauty School’s much-requested workshops will give customers a reason to visit the business in person and foster meaningful interactions between them.

The Beauty Experts in-store at Sephora are supported with upgraded digital resources to provide a unique shopping experience for each customer.
