HOKA Wants to Inspire You to Fly with New Campaign ‘FLY HUMAN FLY’

As some people may say, killing two birds with one stone is hard to pull off. Well, it’s not impossible for 2021 Brand of the Year awardee and California-headquartered footwear brand HOKA.

In conjunction with their latest worldwide marketing campaign, HOKA has set up a pop-up store outside ION Orchard to showcase the Mach 5 and Bondi 8 running shoes, one day following the launch of the “Fly Human Campaign” on 20 September 2022.

Lace up your HOKA running shoes now

The pop-up event represents HOKA’s commitment to making running more accessible and encourage people to lace up. With the marketing campaign, HOKA aims to invite runners of all abilities to discover a place of pleasure, optimism and boundless possibilities, encouraging people to soar to new heights.

The Mach 5 and Bondi 8

Coinciding with the launch of the FLY HUMAN FLY campaign, HOKA has also introduced the Mach 5 and Bondi 8 – the latest generation of its renowned Mach and Bondi series, each delivering a race-ready, performance-driven running shoe.

The Mach 5

But, with so many alternatives on the market, what distinguishes HOKA’s shoes? The key to unlocking the secret is to consider three crucial factors:

PROFLYTM+ Technology: Designed to be 50% thicker than the normal running shoe, with marshmallow-soft and lightweight cushioning foam that absorbs stress in every step while providing full support and comfort.

Meta-Rocker: A fulcrum effect is created by its low heel-to-toe drop and contoured outsole, which enables a guided and natural stride that drives wearers forward from contact to toe-off, making it ideal for leisurely strolls or even competitive races.

Active Foot Frame: Cradles the wearer’s foot, securing the heel and keeping the shoe snug, allowing for integrated stability and maximum support.

The Bondi 8

These HOKA-signature innovations may be found on both the Mach 5 and the Bondi 8. The Mach 5 features an improved design with a heel collar that retains its shape while giving a streamlined fit for the wearer. Furthermore, it is available in 10 eye-catching colours for both men and women – Radiant Yellow / Evening Primrose, Camellia / Peach Parfait, just to name a few.

The new Bondi 8 delivers maximum cushion with its expanded heel and billowed grooves for those searching for optimum comfort. The Bondi 8 is created from sustainable recycled materials and has a more accurate interior collar foam for better comfort. It uses the same PROFLYTM+ technology as the Mach 5 to allow for smoother strides. Bondi 8 is also available in a variety of sunny hues, including Goblin Blue/Mountain Spring and Country Air.

Mach 5 and Bondi 8 are priced at S$229 and S$249, respectively. Both models are available at the HOKA Brand Store on Level 4 Takashimaya Sports Central, as well as all Running Lab locations in Singapore.
