Two new private dining experiences are being introduced: the Teppanyaki Omakase Menu and the Chef’s Table Omakase Menu. Through these twin exceptional dining options, diners can expect personal gastronomic excursions featuring distinctive Japanese cooking methods and Peruvian influences. Expect nothing but the season’s freshest produce presented in both simplicity and perfection at its finest.

Teppanyaki Omakase

The eight-course Teppanyaki Omakase menu (S$365) features ever-changing seasonal ingredients and is served in the venue’s two semi-private teppanyaki spaces. To begin, indulge in a delectable cold dish featuring the freshest haul of the day, meticulously made by the Sushi Bar’s skilled sushi chefs supervised by Executive Sushi Chef Tim Otomo.

Chef Otomo, known for creating exquisite tastes from the finest ingredients, improves your culinary adventure with four seasonal seafood servings. This is followed by a crisp and light salad and a delectable lobster entrée.

Additionally, a culinary show is also presented. Watch as a meat dish is created à la minute, cooked delectably to your liking, and presented alongside a selected rice-based meal. Pastry Chef Jackie Teo’s artistically produced sweet delicacies and a range of Petit Fours round out the experience.

Executive Chef Hideki Maeda’s Table Omakase

With the Chef’s Table Omakase, you can enjoy a refined private dining with a sumptuous 11-course menu. For S$475 per person, plunge into a selection of four cold meals highlighting the freshest flavours, along with a salad course. Enjoy two rounds of sizzling seafood dishes, a premium meat entrée, and a finely balanced soup.
