GIVEAWAY: Meat Zero is the Latest Plant-Based Meat Brand to Hit Town

1

Plant-based meats are all the rage these days and it seems like they are not going away anytime soon. If you are looking for more plant-based meat options, you are in luck. Alternative meat brand Meat Zero has just landed in Singapore this month.

The folks behind Meat Zero are actually Thai food conglomerate CP Foods – yes, the very same people who bring you the immensely popular Jumbo shrimp wontons (but that’s another story altogether). Made from plants, Meat Zero actually tastes, feels and looks like real meat – all thanks to an innovation called “PLANT-TEC” developed by CP Foods together with experts and scientists from the United States, Japan, Taiwan and Thailand.

Meat Zero products encompass a wide range of both ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook products, including nuggets, burger patties, bologna sausage, spaghetti bolognese with meat sauce, and rice with stir-fried meat and basil. Prices are affordable too, from S$3.95 for the bologna sausage to S$5.50 for the spaghetti bolognese and basil rice with meat.

Meat Zero is currently available at major FairPrice outlets across Singapore and online via CPShopz.sg.
