Since the launch of Impossible Foods in Singapore in March 2019, there has been an upward trend towards eating plant-based meat among consumers. Impossible Beef is also expanding its presence in restaurants in Singapore, with 580 restaurants featuring the plant-based meat on their menu.

According to Impossible Foods, a 113g serving size of Impossible Foods’ plant-based meat uses 96% less land, 87% less water and 89% less greenhouse gasses, compared to real ground beef. This translates to a saving of 7 square metres of land, 3kg of carbon dioxide and 84 litres of water for each serving consumed.

Impossible Beef retails at Cold Storage online, Giant online, as well as 29 Cold Storage stores, three Giant stores and four Market Place stores in Singapore.
