Starbucks Singapore has just opened its first Starbucks Reserve Coffee Bar at United Square. This new concept bar allows closer interaction between customers and the baristas, bringing about a whole new coffee drinking experience for customers.
While there are other Starbucks Reserve stores in Singapore, Starbucks Reserve Coffee Bar is different as it is the only one that features Nitro Cold Brew on tap, and also the state-of-the-art Black Eagle Espresso machine. You will get to enjoy coffee from rare, small-lot beans roasted at the Starbucks Reserve Roastery at Seattle in the U.S. Sit at the coffee bar and watch the baristas – all certified Coffee Masters – brew the coffee over a variety of methods such as Chemex, Siphon, Pour-Over, Coffee Press and Black Eagle.
Starbucks Reserve beans are only available in limited quantities. The coffee bar will showcase two to four types of such beans each season, which usually lasts about one to two months.
A major highlight of Starbucks Reserve Coffee Bar is definitely the Nitro Cold Brew. Using Starbucks’ existing recipe for Cold Brew, the coffee is infused with nitrogen to create a smoother and velvety taste.
