It’s widely known as the “happiest kingdom on Earth”. We are talking about Bhutan, a travel destination that has intrigued many. If you have not visited Bhutan, get a glimpse into this exotic country at the “Discover Breathtaking Bhutan Travel Fair” this month. Organised by Druk Asia, the fair is happening at ION Station at basement 4 of ION Orchard from 18 to 30 October 2016.

At the event, you will get to see a photography exhibition showcasing the works of National Geographic photographer Ciril Jazbec and nomadic Zuhariz Khuzaimah. For a taste of Bhutanese culture and food, there will be live demonstrations of Bhutanese loom weaving, as well as Bhutanese culinary delights for sample if you are curious what Bhutanese cuisine is. You get to even don the Bhutanese national dress for photo-taking. A chance to win a 4D3N all-expense paid trip to Bhutan worth S$8,600 is also up for grabs.
