Regardless if we are making a digital call on Whatsapp or sending a tweet, data limits of price plans have alway been an important factor which consumers are looking at. Being the first digital telco in Singapore, Circles.Life needs to be different. By eliminating unnecessary bundles and focusing on today’s mobile needs, their platform is focus on data-centric flexibility and customer experiences.

On the stage at 3:05pm is Rameez Ansar, the co-founder and director, of Circles.Life. He highlighted problems which many consumers are having today, such as excess data charges, hidden charges and frustrating customer service. By looking into these problems, Circles.Life has a business model to make their customers happy. They are Boost, Bonus Data, Plus and Truly Digital.

Boost allows customers to stop worrying about data usage. So, when your data runs low, there will be a notification to inform you to top up your data plan if you wish to.

Bonus Data gives benefits to customers for doing actions such as app activation, friend referral, customer loyalties and partner patronage.

Plus are free bundles which customers needed such as unlimited Whatsapp, free caller namer display, customized your plan unlimited number of times and maximum 4G speed.

Truly Digital refers to digital customer experiences such as using the CirclesCare mobile app to customize your plan, Live Support Chat and Whatsapp Support Chat. No more repeating of your network problems to the phone operator over and over again.

At 3:20pm, Mr. Rameez Ansar broke out the news of their price plan for using their mobile service. A monthly base plan will cost $28, which includes 3GB data, 100 minutes talk time, bonus data (0.5G to 4GB)  and Plus bundles. Like what Rameez Ansar said during this event, “More choices, more simplicity, more happiness.”
