Samsung Launches the Samsung Galaxy J1 (2016) 4G

Loyal Samsung users looking for a budget-friendly handset now have a reason to celebrate – Samsung has announced the arrival of the Samsung Galaxy J1 (2016) 4G in Singapore.

The stylish phone is available in two colours- black and gold.

From April 23 2016, the stylish smartphone from the Samsung Galaxy ‘J’ range will be available islandwide. The new Galaxy J1 (2016) 4G has an impressive 4.5-inch SUPER AMOLED touchscreen display of a 480×800 pixel resolution. Like most Samsung products, you can be guaranteed of vivid, vibrant colours whenever you capture those special moments.

The handset also comes with the unique Dual SIM with MicroSD Slot feature, making the phone more versatile. By accepting two Micro-SIMs, phone users can better manage call and data costs. Moreover, its internal 8GD storage can be further complemented with a microSD card, to be expanded to up to 128GB, so nothing gets left out of your trusty mobile companion. It also comes with the usual connectivity options of Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, FM, 3G and 4G.

Photos are all the craze these days and Samsung is there for you to snap all the Insta-worthy moments. Double tapping the home button of the Samsung Galaxy J1 (2016) 4G will activate the quick launch camera, for the perfect selfie or wefie moments. The rear camera is 5-megapixel, while the front shooter camera is 2-megapixel, ensuring a good quality for all your photos.

Its weight of 131 grams makes the phone an ideal light addition to traveller lifestyles at a wallet-friendly price. The black or gold colours are also classy, stylish designs that fit in well with any setting.

The phone is now available at the retail price of S$208, and can be purchased from selected local telecommunication operators, major Consumer Electronics Stores, authorised retailers and Samsung Experience Stores across Singapore.
