Occupying four and a half floors on this new property right smacked in between Raffles City and Suntec City, Facebook Singapore is probably the latest and coolest place to work at in 2015. We went for a tour around their swanky new office and here are five things to fall in love with if you’re working at Facebook Singapore.

1. It feels like a celebration every time you climb the stairs.

It makes you wanna stop and dance to imaginary music each time you climb these pretty stairs. This confetti stairway connecting the four and a half floor of the Facebook Office was conceptualised and created by local designer Dawn Ng, who created the cute Walter rabbit which some of you might have seen sitting outside the Singapore Art Museum some time back.

2. You can tap and locate your colleagues.

These screens can be found around the office and it shows who’s in the office, which room your colleagues are in and help you navigate around the various departments at the office.

Let’s have our WIP meetings in Want Want! Or have a chat with Teh Peng. We love how they have localised every meeting rooms in the office. There’s even Hello Panda for the chocolate biscuit lovers. Or Chop Chop Kali Pok for a quick meeting.

4. Eat, snack, drink all you want. But don’t get drunk!

Like all cool swanky offices, you cannot not have beer, and unlimited flow of snacks and food in your pantry. At Facebook every level has got a well-stocked pantry where you get lunch boxes from GRAIN, salad and free flow beer right from the tap!

5. IT necessities are just a push of a button away.

If your mouse is spoilt, your phone case is missing or you are in need of a quick charge before heading out for off-site meeting, staff at Facebook just need to tap their staff pass and push these buttons on their IT accessories vending machine. Can I have one at home please?
