Olympus Launches Global Open Photo Contest 2015

Olympus has recently launched the Olympus Global Photo Contest 2015. Open to all countries, the photography contest welcomes entries from both hobbyists and professionals. Participants are also free to use any type of camera, including smartphones.

The Olympus Global Open Photo Contest comprises four subject categories – Life, Future, People and Technical – which are then be divided into five themes. Participants can submit their entries based on a theme/themes of their choice.

The grand prize winner of the contest will walk away with the latest Olympus PEN camera and one million Japanese yen. An Olympus OM-D and PEN interchangeable lens camera as well as customer edition Moleskin notebooks are also up for grabs. Visitors to the contest site also stand to win prizes by participating in a ‘Viewer’s Raffle’ which will give them a shot at winning the latest Olympus PEN camera.
