After R2-D2 and BB-8, it’s now C-3PO’s turn. We’re talking about the Star Wars themed aircraft from Japanese carrier ANA.

C-3PO has been a character that is as much loved as the other iconic character R2-D2 since its appearance in the original Star Wars movie series. Last Friday, the C-3PO design was unveiled to Star Wars fans at the Star Wars Celebration Europe event in London, adding to the existing fleet of Star Wars themed jets. The aircraft will start flying on domestic routes in Japan from the end of March 2017.

The C-3PO motif, which includes detailed body parts and wiring is decorated onto the aircraft’s fuselage.
