Enjoy a hearty Christmas Family Brunch with a live oyster station and Giant Turkey Paella at Sabio By The Sea, Tapas Bar and Grill. &MADE Burger Bistro L’entrecôte Express (#01-03)

How about celebrating the festive occasion with fresh seafood then? &MADE Burger Bistro L’entrecôte Express has expanded its menu with the Lobster Roll from 1 to 31 December 2015. If you are into both meat and seafood, there is Surf & Turf, consisting of steak and a lobster tail, for you, and it’s available only from 15 to 30 December. Both mains come with a side of fries. Price: S$42 (Lobster Roll), S$49 (Surf and Turf).

Quayside Fish Bar and Bistro (#01-11)

From 6pm throughout December, feast through a Festive Christmas Dinner Set at Quayside Fish Bar and Bistro. You can select from two main courses – the first main course option includes a Foie Gras Stuffed Turkey Breast garnished with bacon, spinach, green pea puree, root vegetables and a red wine veal jus, while the second consists of a Pan Seared Whole Rainbow Trout in a saffron lychee broth and ratatouille. Both come with a Butternut Pumpkin Velouté paired with herb croutons, truffle oil and edible flowers, and a white and dark chocolate mousse Homemade Christmas Log Cake adorned with a pink vanilla glaze, hazelnuts and raspberry compote. Price: S$68. Not applicable with any other promotions.

Saint Pierre (#01-15)

This season, Saint Pierre promises to tantalise your taste buds with its Christmas Eve Dinner set menu, available on 24 December from 7 pm. The Christmas Lunch Roast is available on 25 December from 11.30 am to 3 pm and the New Year’s Eve Caviar Dinner is available on 31 December from 7 pm. Prices: Christmas Eve Dinner – S$188 per person (additional S$288 per person for three-hour free flow of selected champagne or $188 per person for wine pairing). Christmas Lunch Roast – S$98 per person. New Year’s Eve Caviar Dinner – S$228 per person (without wine pairing), S$388 per person (with wine pairing), S$558 for two persons (includes 1 bottle of Duval-Leroy NV), S$748 for two persons (includes one bottle of Dom Perignon 2004).
